All of us have limitations— limitations of body, of habit, of unawareness. To go beyond our comfort zones and experience different possibilities for our lives, we must meet our limits and see what they are. As we look more closely at them, we discover they can change. Our attitudes, our focus, our motivation, our dedication, all can shift. Life’s journey invites us to evolve out of old shells into more and more expansive states of being, making friends with our edge in each moment.

True belonging is the spiritual practice of believing in and belonging to yourself so deeply that you can share your most authentic self with the world and find sacredness in both being a part of something and standing alone in the wilderness.
